One way to overcome the snares of the evil one is to walk the path of faith knowing and believing that we are precious in God's sight. If you take that and believe it, then when hard times come we will not interpret them to mean that our God has left us. We shall see it as stepping stones to another level. Everything concerning us is important to Him. Our coming here to this earth, and our stay in this earth are important to God.  *Keep Your Lamp Burning* *Ps Marylin*(His Will Worship Centre) *31 January 2021* Key Scriptures: Matthew 5:14-16 – Leviticus 24:1-4 The light that is in us must shine and give light to everyone around us. In order for this to happen it means we have a responsibility as children of to keep our lambs burning continually and not allow the flames to burn out. In Leviticus 24 the Israelites where out of Egypt. Out of the land of slavery. The Lord spoke to Moses and said, “command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives, so that the lamps in the tabernacle may be kept burning continually.”  Aaron and his sons the priests where to tend the lamps from evening until morning continually, outside the curtain that shielded the Ark of the Covenant in the Holy Place. As we can all see we are living at a time when things are not the way they should be. Our freedom to interact socially with one another is gone. We had it before, but now it is gone. Many people have lost their lives and others are battling with this terrible disease. Some of us have lost our jobs, our businesses, our properties, and other valuable items. At this moment many of us have unanswered questions. We have questions, questions; questions we do not have answers to.  Children of God, in times such as these we need to be vigilant and guard ourselves against the yeast of the evil one.  TURN TO GOD Daniel  9:3 After learning from reading the word of God as it had been revealed to Prophet Jeremiah earlier that Jerusalem had to lie desolate for seventy years.  Daniel turned to God and begged for mercy in prayer and fasting.  He also wore burlaps and sprinkled himself with ashes which served as a sign for the sacrifice of a broken spirit.  If we look at Daniel’s prayer, he confessed the sins of his nation, the sins of his forefathers.  His prayer is full of humbleness and humility.  And we know from the teachings that God gives grace to humble. At this attitude God indeed sent the angel to explain to Daniel the meaning the vision which was troubling him to the point of lying even sick for several days.   Has it ever occurred to us that when things go wrong, we humble ourselves before God and confess our sins?   Or we always go about without acknowledging our sins?  In actual fact as humans we sin all the time unknowingly or even knowingly, confession of those sins shoul
